This development, for Pricketts Ltd, consists of two air conditioned office buildings overlooking Runnymede, each with its associated parking on site. Office building R provides 1300 m2 (13,993 sq.ft.) gross floor space on 4 floors including a top floor executive suite. The plant area is within the roof void, and parking is provided on site and below the building at lower ground floor level.

Office building A is on 3 storeys with plant in the roof mansard giving 620 m2 (6,673 sq.ft.) gross office floor space and on-site parking. Both offices are designed to give wide open plan spaces providing flexibility for future demountable partitioning. The cores both contain the principle entrance stairs, hydraulic lift and WC accommodation. A total of 96 car parking spaces are provided, and separated between the two buildings to give complete independence, and control. The development is constructed with good quality materials for both the buildings and site works, to provide an attractive and well located prestige office complex.
