Project ManagementThe Practice ensures that a Partner is allocated to each project from inception to completion. He remains directly responsible to the Client for the duration of the Commission, attending all Client meetings. The Partner will liaise with all parties in the initial stages ensuring sufficient brief details are available to produce the conceptual and detailed designs as the project progresses. The Project Associate/Project Architect will head the day to day running of the project from inception stages to co-coordinating the works with other Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers as required. The Team established for the project will remain intact as is practically possible to ensure continuity and good communications with all members of the Consultant and Construction Teams. All correspondence is directed through the project Partner and circulated to the Project Architect for action and co-ordination. Regular cost checks, design checks and design co-ordination meetings are held by the Project Architect at pre-contract stages to ensure efficiency and effective progress. Contract and pre-contract administration is closely monitored with details of progress reported to the Client on a regular basis to suit each project. Programming, communication and co-ordination are essential and maintained by the Practice at all project stages. |
